We've all been there, driven by pure adrenaline on the last lap to send it into the wall, riding it and overtaking all the cars on the inside on our videogames.
Well, while we were snoozing at the F1 Mexican GP, Ross Chantain was oval racing in the nation of the burger. He needed to overtake five cars in order to still be in the championship for the next race in the NASCAR Playoffs, and, unfortunately, on the final corner of the final lap, it wasn't looking likely for him. However, we didnt expect him to wall ride the last corner, overtaking all inside cars to stay in contention for the championship; it really was like watching something from a frustrated iRacer!
The move pulled huge traction on social media, getting over 80,000 likes and
F1 star and 2005-'06 Champion Fernando Alonso quote tweeting it with another 100,000 likes!
Have you ever wall ridden in a moment of red-mist, and did you think you'd ever see it outside the sim? Is this one of the best (and most genius) move in NASCAR? It is definitely up there!
