The story of the making of Lamborghini is one almost of folklore - a tractor manufacturer who loved his Ferraris', even if they kept blowing up. Sick of handing over cash for all the problems his prized possession had, he investigated his car, and to his immense surprise found the gearbox to be the same that he used in his agricultural vehicles. Outraged, he confronted Enzo about his discoveries, however Ferruccio was dismissed by Enzo as a stupid farmer. The film follows Ferruccio's journey starting out as a super car maker to rival Ferrari.
Starring Frank Grillo as Ferruccio and Gabriel Byrne as Enzo, with director Bobby Moresco, it looks to be an incredibly interesting tale, and we are excited to see how it is presented: whether more factual, or an exaggerated relationship between Ferruccio and Enzo as was in Rush, with the exaggerated relationship between Hunt and Lauda.
It will be released to cinemas on the 18th of November to the cinemas. Wil you be watching it? I've already booked tickets!
